The   Conference Program  and Book of Abstracts are now complete.

June 29th: Short Course on Non-Equilibrium Thermodynamics Modeling of the Rheology and Transport Phenomena

June 30th-July 2nd (noon): Conference Scientific Program

On the closing ceremony of the conference awards will be given for the best paper / best poster presented by a Graduate Student or Phd Candidate.

In the interest of uniformity and best positioning in the room where the conference will take place, we propose that the posters are prepared in portrait orientation and size :

The posters should go up on the walls of room Kechria where the conference will take place in Wednesday noon and will stay there throughout the conference.

Please also note that the posters should not be attached on the wall using some kind of tape but rather with a special gum.

The Organizing Committee  of HSR2022 is pleased to announce that selected papers from the Conference Program, along with selected papers from the scientific community, will be published in two Virtual Special Issues of the Journal of Non-Newtonian Fluid Mechanics dedicated to Profs Pino Marrucci and Evan Mitsoulis, respectively (both plenary speakers of HSR2022), in honor of their contributions to the advancement of the fields of Rheology and Non Newtonian Fluid Mechanics. 

Deadline for Abstract Submission: April 17th, 2022.

Notification of Acceptance: May 2nd, 2022

Registration and fees

Participants may either pay instantly using their credit card, i.e. online through University of Thessaly Research Committee platform https://ee.uth.gr/payments/registration/HSR2022, or they may choose to pay through a bank transfer. Information regarding the procedure of on-line registration is provided in HSR22_Registration_Form.pdf. In case you require an invoice do not forget to provide the VAT number to which it should be issued (otherwise you will receive a receipt for your registration).

• Both Full & Student registration fees include: daily coffee breaks, the book of abstracts, the Welcome Reception the Conference Dinner and participation in an excursion
• Accompanying Person fee includes: the Welcome Reception, the Conference Dinner and participation in an excursion
• Rheology course registration fees : The fees for the rheology course are waived. Participants that have already registered for the short course and included the relevant fee in their payment, will be reimbursed accordingly.
